Five Learning Pillars

At Ellinogermaniki Agogi, the educational process is supported by the Learning Improvement Process (LIP) of the International Schools Partnership (ISP). This pedagogical framework connects classroom observation and evidence-based evaluation of the learning process with the aim of continuously improving learning.

Teachers carefully monitor students’ learning progress, identify the practices that meaningfully contribute to their development, and adapt instruction to their needs and abilities. Assessment is not limited to academic performance: it encompasses the entire learning experience, including participation, collaboration, initiative-taking, and the personal growth of each student.

Our goal at Ellinogermaniki Agogi is the holistic cultivation and development of every child. The learning experience is organized around five core pillars through which knowledge, skills, and values are nurtured.

Academic Achievement
Students acquire knowledge and deepen their understanding of academic subjects. They learn to study consistently, think critically, connect concepts, and formulate well- supported thoughts and conclusions.

Life Competencies
Students cultivate skills that enable them to collaborate, take responsibility for their work, and face challenges with persistence and creativity. Through daily learning experiences, they develop autonomy, responsibility, and problem-solving abilities.

 

Multilingualism
Upon completing their studies, students at Ellinogermaniki Agogi achieve excellent proficiency in two foreign languages, English and German. This linguistic cultivation strengthens communication, intercultural understanding, and their ability to function comfortably in an international environment.

International Opportunities
Students participate in international educational activities and collaborate with peers from schools within the ISP network. In this way, they broaden their horizons, meet students from around the world, and collaborate within an international learning environment.

 

Future Pathways
The choice of studies and career path is a key priority of the educational program at Ellinogermaniki Agogi. Students are supported both in their academic preparation and in exploring their interests and aptitudes. Through systematic guidance, they prepare for studies in Greece as well as at German-speaking and English-speaking universities around the world.
